Mobile installment system BIBIV Raty
Bibiv is a modern platform supporting installment sales, designed for stationary and e-commerce stores. Its main goal is to simplify the process of entering into installment contracts – to make it fast, intuitive and completely secure. Importantly, the system eliminates the need for direct participation of the salesperson in the process of verifying the customer’s identity, which significantly relieves the burden on point-of-sale staff.
Thanks to Bibiv, installment purchases can be finalized from a smartphone, without unnecessary formalities, queues or signing documents in the store. The project responds to the needs of today’s customers, who expect a seamless digital shopping experience, as well as the market’s growing demands for the automation of financial processes.

Task
As part of the project for Bibiv, we developed a comprehensive digital solution consisting of three main components: A hybrid mobile application available for Android and iOS, allowing customers to apply for installments anywhere, anytime. A dedicated web application for salespeople and channel partners to manage the sales process, monitor applications and contact customers. A product information page that acts as a brand showcase and sales tool for potential partners. We took care of full integration with the systems of financial institutions, which enabled immediate verification of identity and efficient handling and approval of installment applications. Each element of the system was designed with an emphasis on interface clarity, ease of use and the ability to be quickly implemented in various sales environments.
